Front tooth dental implant.
Here is case that we just finished. Steve had a root canal and crown on his front tooth. The tooth fractured and could not be fixed. We choose to extract the tooth and immediately place an implant and a temporary.
Two months after the implant was placed we removed the temporary and took an implant level impression.
A custom abutment (post that goes into the implant) was fabricated along with an all ceramic crown.
The end result is a beautiful natural looking tooth, that no one can tell is a fake tooth.
